Delivery Policy
Orders will be delivered to your address within 2-3 working days upon submitting your finalized order except for Al Ain that can sometimes take more time and places in the western regions that can only be delivered every weekend starting Friday.
Once processed your order will be shipped from our courier’s warehouse in Sharjah to your destination. Areas in Al Ain specially in the western regions will depend on the delivery provider that covers your area.
Cost of delivery:
15 AED delivery charge all over UAE City Proper (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain Inner Area) except for outer areas (Al Ain Outer Area and Western Regions) with a maximum of 5 kg. 20 AED delivery charge for Al Ain Outer Area and 35 AED delivery charge for Western Regions.
Every kilogram that will exceed the minimum will have an additional of 2 AED per kg.
Payment methods:
1. Cash on Delivery in UAE Dirhams only.
2. Bank Transfer.
3. Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover) and international credit cards.
4. Tabby where-in you can split the total payments in 4 equal payments.
