1. Are your products all original?
● Yes. We are a legitimate e-commerce business to assure quality on all products that we sell.
2. How much is the delivery cost?
● Delivery charges will only cost 15 AED delivery charge all over UAE City Proper(Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain Inner Area) except for outer areas(Al Ain Outer Area and Western Regions) with a maximum of 5 kg. 20 AED delivery charge for Al Ain Outer Area and 35 AED delivery charge for Western Regions.
3. What if my order is above 5kg? How much will it cost me?
● Any orders that will reach 6kg and above, there will be an additional 2 AED per kg.
4. Can I decide on the delivery date & time slot?
● No. Once you place your order, it will be processed on the same day you made the purchase. For cancellations, please refer to FAQ #7.
5. What if my order did not arrive?
● If your order was not delivered within the time or date agreed with the delivery partner, kindly call us on our hotline number +971 6 779 3136 or message us on our WhatsApp Business +971 58 586 1640 and we will sort it out for you.
6. What documents are required to receive my order?
● You can present the confirmation email, Emirates ID or any valid IDs when picking up your order.
7. What if I had an emergency on the date/time I specified for delivery and cannot pick up my order?

9. Is there a cancellation fee?
● No. We don’t charge any cancellation fee.
10. How long is the refund process?
● Refund process will take 3-5 days, weekends not included.
11. Do you accept any other mode of payment except for cash on delivery, bank transfer or debit/credit card?
● No. We don’t accept any other mode of payment.
