Return/Exchange Policy
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Return, replacement and refund is allowed only if:
- * The complaint is within 24 hours upon receiving your order.
- * You have an unboxing video as proof when you open your parcel, all items inside are intact.
- * You got the wrong item that is wrong from the one you selected.
- * When you decide to return a product, it must be accompanied with all original components (box, opened packs for powdered drinks, used ).
- * You lost your receipt, no worries! We may ask for your personal data in order to track your order.
Return, replacement and refund is not allowed if:
- * The complaint has been more than 24 hours upon receiving the order.
- * There is no unboxing video as proof. Pictures are not allowed.
- * Upon the investigation that we provide the correct item(s) you order.
- * All/Some of the original components are missing or damaged:
- * Packaging box.
- * Opened Ziplock Seal Top Packs for powdered drinks.
- * Removed/Missing safety seal.
- * Or any form of tampering of the packaging of the product.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We reserve to limit product returns if misuse and excessive returns is suspected.
How to Return & Refund:
1. Send us a message on our official Whatsapp Business number +971 58 586 1640 with the following details:
- * Receipt of the order if possible.
- * If receipt is not available, please send us your account name.
- * Unboxing video as proof.
2. The team will make an investigation for a maximum of 24 hours to check all records including with the details given by you.
3. Once the investigation has been completed, we will schedule a date with the courier to pick up the item for return.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a coupon with the same amount you want to refund.
How to Exchange:

a. Receipt of the order if possible.
b. If receipt is not available, please send us your account name.
c. Unboxing video as proof.
2. The team will make an investigation for a maximum of 24 hours to check all records including with the details given by you.
3. Once the investigation has been completed, we will schedule a date with the courier to pick up the item for exchange.
